We provide next day delivery for order(s) placed before 5pm.
For example, if you place an order before 5pm on Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. If you place an order after 5pm on Monday, it will be delivered on Wednesday.
We deliver to any address within Singapore main island except restricted areas at a flat fee of $15.
Free delivery will be provided for order(s) over $120.
Delivery to Sentosa Island can be arranged at an additional charge of $10 even if your order is over the value of $120.
We offer two delivery time slots of 10.30am – 1.30pm and 2.30pm – 6.30pm from Monday to Sunday (Including Public holidays) You will be prompted to select your preferred delivery time slot during check out.
We are unable to fulfil requests to deliver at a specific timing or provide a shorter duration time slot within your chosen delivery time slot.
Please ensure that there is someone home during the delivery time slot that you have selected.
In the unfortunate event that no one is available at the delivery location to receive the order(s), our delivery personnel will do their best to contact the buyer to clarify the situation. Do note that they can only wait for 10 minutes.
If the buyer is uncontactable or unable to reach the delivery location and no one is able to receive the order(s) after 10 minutes, the delivery personnel will leave the order at the door step. Gel ice pack will be given for the items to last about an hour before it must be refrigerated.
2)Spoilage due to the fact that the products should be promptly eaten or refrigerated upon delivery to preserve it’s quality.

A computer-generated invoice will be emailed to the same email address that you have used to register with us upon the successful submission of order and payment. If the items ordered are unavailable, our support team will contact you as soon as possible.
Loss of weight of product
Do note that the weight and sizes of the products are measured during processing. It is normal for seafood to lose between 10% to 20% of its weight after being processed/brought out of water.
As a result, do allow 10%-15% allowance in the chosen weight of your seafood.
Refund & Exchange
All our items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we understand that seafood is a highly perishable product. In the unfortunate event that you encounter any spoilage or quality issues, feel free to contact us and we will try to resolve the situation. Do note that we will require some form of proof (photo, video, etc.) before we proceed with any actions.
