1) Live Canadian/Boston Lobsters* (550g-700g/Piece)
2) Secret Recipe Mentaiko Sauce
1) Rinse lobsters
2) Spread an equal amount of mentaiko sauce onto the lobsters (Portion out into 2-4 depending on order quantity)
3) Preheat the oven at 220°C
4) Place the lobsters into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 220°C until slightly charred

How to Clean & Tenderise Live Abalone (View Video)
Use a knife to gently pry the abalone meat from the shell. Trim off the dark brown liver & dark curly edges. Scrub it with a clean toothbrush. To tenderise the abalone, gently pound both sides with a mallet or back of large spoon. Stop when it feels noticeably softer to the touch. Cook as desired.
