Live Turbot Fish (活多宝鱼)
Imported from France/Korea.
Live Turbot Fish is a thin flatfish, well regarded as the noblest and best of all flatfishes.
Highly prized in Chinese, French & European cuisines, Turbot fish flesh has a firm texture with an almost sweet, excellent mild flavour (not fishy at all!). Commonly compared to Halibut, Turbot has a more pronounced taste, requiring little seasoning to enhance its flavour. It stays very moist, flakes easily once cooked and melts in your mouth.
Each Turbot yields 4 fillets.
Note: Turbot of China origin is commonly passed off as their superior France/Korean counterparts. If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.
How to Cook Turbot Fish
Perfect steamed or baked whole with bones.

Live European Blue Lobster (Imported from Scotland/France) is for those with a discerning, refined palate. Live Blue Lobster has a unique taste and outstanding meat quality in terms of texture or taste - firmer, way delicate, succulent and sweeter - than Boston Lobster. Delicious eaten cold as it is hot, it requires little preparation to please even the most demanding connoisseur.
It's marked by its beautiful dark blue shell, evident marbling and velvety blue tail. Due to its rarity, quantity for export is in limited numbers. It's also highly prized by top restaurants for its naturally fine taste. It’s a seafood that you have to try at least once.
