Secret Recipe Mentaiko Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the Top part of the oyster’s shell
Rinse oysters under water for 1-2 secs
Spread an equal amount of Mentaiko sauce on all the oysters
Preheat the oven at 205 deg C
Place the oysters into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes @ 205 deg C until slightly charred

How to Clean & Tenderise Live Abalone (View Video)
Use a knife to gently pry the abalone meat from the shell. Trim off the dark brown liver & dark curly edges. Scrub it with a clean toothbrush. To tenderise the abalone, gently pound both sides with a mallet or back of large spoon. Stop when it feels noticeably softer to the touch. Cook as desired.
