Yes, you can preserve the quality of the products by storing it in a chiller with temperature between 0°C to 4°C
Shucked oysters have to be kept in the chiller with temperature between 0°C to 4°C. It has to be consumed within 4 hours upon delivery to avoid any food contamination.
Yes, our oysters are subjected to regular inspection by AVA and they are safe to be consumed raw.
We will do a refund EXCEPT for the following products due to their highly perishable nature once it is out of the water ;
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, our drivers will send the products to your location at the time slot chosen by you.
If you spend above $100, The Ocean Mart will deliver your items to you for free. Alternatively, you may walk in to our retail shop for purchase.
Yes, there is a $15 delivery charge for purchases that are below $100.

Yes, it’s possible to arrange for self collection at our retail shop.
We will pack the products in bags or styrofoam boxes according to the size and quantity of the order. Ice pack will be provided to preserve the quality of the products during the delivery process.

This is different from ordering the other products (normal items).
If you are ordering a normal item (i.e. a product that is not the Chilled Blue Mussels or Live Flower Crab), then the delivery options will be on the checkout page.
