Yes, you must select your preferred handling option before adding the item to your shopping cart. We can kill, cut and provide basic cleaning. Deep cleaning (eg, removal of barnacles from shells or cleaning of oyster meat) is not provided.

Yes, you can preserve the quality of the products by storing it in a chiller with temperature between 0°C to 4°C
Shucked oysters have to be kept in the chiller with temperature between 0°C to 4°C. It has to be consumed within 4 hours upon delivery to avoid any food contamination.
Yes, our oysters are subjected to regular inspection by AVA and they are safe to be consumed raw.
We will do a refund EXCEPT for the following products due to their highly perishable nature once it is out of the water ;
You will receive an order confirmation email after payment has been received and verified.
For PayNow or FAST transfer, please state your order reference number and payment must be received by 5pm on the day before delivery date. Such payments will be verified within 24 working hours of receipt or before delivery date, whichever is earlier.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made, our drivers will send the products to your location at the time slot chosen by you.
Min order of $80 applies for delivery. No min spend is required for self-collection or walk-in purchase.
Free delivery is provided for order above $135. Alternatively, you may walk in to our retail store for purchase.
A flat delivery fee of $18 applies for order under $135. Â Surcharge of $10 applies for delivery to Sentosa Island, regardless of order value.
We do not currently offer same day delivery. For urgent purchases, you may walk in at our retail store.
Yes, you may self collect from our retail store between 10am-7pm. Due to the perishable nature of live seafood, orders placed for self collection will only be processed & packed upon customer’s arrival.
We offer two daily delivery time slots (10am-3pm or 2-7pm). Our routes are meticulously planned to ensure every client receives live seafood of optimal freshness. We seek your understanding that we are unable to accommodate requests for delivery at specific timings. No further notice will be given to inform such requests cannot be fulfilled.
Should you require the products to be delivered at/by a specific time, you may either opt for self collection or dedicated 1hr delivery slot at an additional fee of $20 (Pls state an hour time slot between 10.30am-7pm eg. 11am-12pm, 3.45-4.45pm). Pls ensure you have made $20 payment, otherwise we will deliver within regular time slot.
We will pack the products in bags or styrofoam boxes according to the size and quantity of the order. Ice pack will be provided to preserve the quality of the products during the delivery process.

This is different from ordering the other products (normal items).
If you are ordering a normal item (i.e. a product that is not the Chilled Blue Mussels, Live Flower Crab or Live Red Grouper), then the delivery options will be on the checkout page.
